About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the product roadmap and lifecycle for Commercial Digital Banking Payments related solutions.
  • Define and execute product strategies aligned with customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
  • Develop business cases, pricing, packaging, financial forecasts, and investment recommendations for new products and enhancements.
  • Partner with Engineering and Product Owners to prioritize initiatives and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Monitor product performance, adoption, financial results, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Compliance, and Operations to successfully deliver product initiatives.
  • Represent the product with customers, prospects, and industry stakeholders, serving as a subject matter expert on commercial payments and digital banking.
  • Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and business value to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of software product management experience, including ownership of enterprise or SaaS products
  • 5+ years of experience in financial services, with significant experience in commercial banking or payments
  • Demonstrated experience successfully launching software products from concept through commercialization
  • Experience developing product strategy, business cases, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market plans
  • Experience managing product financials, forecasting, budgeting, and measuring product performance
  • Strong understanding of Agile product development and software delivery practices
  • Experience conducting customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis
  • Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Must be fluent in English.
