About the role
- Identify and secure commercial opportunities for the development of wind repowering projects.
- Contribute to the development of the repowering origination strategy.
- Identify new sites across the territory through mapping work and analysis of landowner databases.
- Analyze the main risks, regulatory constraints, and local issues for identified areas.
- Conduct economic and cost-benefit analyses for repowering at identified sites.
- Prepare tender responses, primarily in English.
- Draft options reports for landowners.
- Provide technical support during the acquisition of wind farms.
- Monitor development and the achievement of key milestones for repowering projects.
- Handle daily requests from partners.
- Create and improve repowering prospecting tools.
- Participate in industry working groups on repowering.
- Conduct competitive and technological monitoring of the repowering market.
- Perform work in compliance with established safety and prevention measures.
- Respect and implement company policies and quality procedures.
Requirements
- Master's degree or engineering degree (e.g., Economics, Environment, Spatial Planning).
- Proven professional experience in wind, solar, and/or the energy sector.
- Knowledge of economic modeling for investment projects and of market mechanisms and constraints in the wind sector.
- Experience in project management and commercial prospecting.
- Fluent English (daily communication in English).
- Strong communicator, comfortable working in teams and interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
- Dynamic and autonomous with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Possess situational awareness and be recognized for adaptability, analytical synthesis, and proactivity.
- Rigorous, able to manage priorities through strong analytical skills.
