About the role
- Deliver client project and deliverable assignments on time, on-budget, and with quality.
- Deliverables should be well-organized with strong writing and presentation in accordance within Pyrovio quality and brand standards.
- Support client delivery project managers and produce deliverables.
- Developing deep understanding of client organizations, operations and operating models.
- Developing, deploying and utilizing new and existing frameworks.
- Translating client understanding, assessment, issues and insights into documents, organizational tools and data models.
- Develop and provide industry-focused perspectives.
- Develop competitive analysis within assigned industry.
- Understand and innovate perspectives, intellectual capital, tools and frameworks within Organizational Strategy and Strategy & Operations.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of prior work experience preferably related to consulting such as in external consulting and corporate strategy, operations, or continuous improvement positions; a PhD may count toward work experience.
- An accredited US or Canadian bachelor's or graduate degree; with preference for research and analytically-oriented degrees and programs such as engineering, business, computer science, or mathematics.
- Applied Work Experience across multiple consulting objectives: assessment, design, implementation, operationalization and long-term management.
- Prior organization design work in multiple organizational design areas: Operating Models, Organizational Design, Workforce Planning, Job Architecture, Workforce Development, Talent Management, HR Operations, Analytics, M&A, Outsourcing; Organizational Health and Teaming Models, and Workforce or Business Transformation.
- Core strategy and operations skills practiced in corporate or consulting settings: research, data analysis, lean/continuous improvement, change management, and especially are expected to be strong writers and presenters.
- Capability to show deep industry business acumen in a past working industry.
- Strong curiosity and self-learner.
- The ability to leverage AI tools is preferred.
- Certifications can be desirable including but not limited to Lean Six Sigma, Prosci, PMI/PMP.
