About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct screening on potential client calls.
Complete all documentation associated with client calls.
Complete all required reports associated with Needs Assessment/Referral Development.
Handle on-call/off hours admissions, referral and transportation needs.
Maintain accurate bed availability throughout the entire Pyramid system; demonstrate conduct in keeping with Pyramid ethical standards; participate in training and development activities to enhance job knowledge and skills.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor Degree or higher in a Human Service field preferred.
Experience in health or human services agency, preferably in a drug & alcohol setting, preferred.
Demonstrates confidentiality, safety, excellent communication skills, effective interpersonal relationships and ability to be a team player.
