About the role

Develop and maintain financial models to simulate various business scenarios (e.g., operational and commercial changes)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare and analyze the impact of different scenarios
Present scenario outcomes and recommendations to senior leadership.
Assist the budgeting and forecasting process across departments.
Analyze financial performance and identify key variances.
Provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions.
Partner with senior management to align financial plans with business objectives.
Support long-range planning and investment decisions.
Conduct competitive and market analysis to inform financial strategy.
Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting.
Monitor financial health and recommend corrective actions when needed

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or business analysis roles, with a strong emphasis on financial modeling and scenario planning.
Exceptional analytical skills with a proven ability to build complex financial models and perform scenario analysis.
Demonstrated experience in strategic financial planning and decision support.
Knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations.
Strong Proficiency in financial modeling tools and software (e.g., Excel, financial modeling software).
Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach.
Experience with ERP systems and financial planning software is a plus.
