About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and maintain relationships with key construction professionals
- Educate and train end-users and specifiers on engineered wood products
- Promote APA member products through in-person and virtual meetings, seminars and trade shows
- Investigate product performance in the field and provide technical insights
- Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for growth
- Serve as a subject matter expert for specific product types or market segments
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, wood sciences, or related field preferred
- Experience in technical sales, marketing, or construction related industries
- Knowledge of energy-efficient construction is a plus
- Valid driver's license and a safe driving record
