About the role
- Act as subject matter expert (SME) to guide the team and resolve issues
- Improve operational efficiency and service delivery
- Leverage technology (automation tools, AI, data analytics) to enhance efficiency
- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement
- Apply critical thinking to structure unstructured problems
- Uphold the firm’s code of ethics and business conduct
- Perform QC reviews of client deliverables
- Run root cause analysis (RCA) and assist Managers with escalation management
- Conduct walkthroughs to evaluate processes, policies, and systems; identify risks and controls
- Assist project managers with billing, team allocation and overall project management
- Support leadership in preparing fact sheets and identifying new business opportunities or RFPs
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience
- Strong experience in procurement/P2P processes
- Working knowledge of O2C, R2R, and other business processes
- Proficiency in budget management, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Advanced skills in MS Office and G-Suite, especially Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of confidentiality and integrity
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a dynamic workload
- Experience with automation tools, AI and data analytics (preferred)
- SQL and query writing (preferred)
- Dashboarding capabilities using Power BI / Data Studio (preferred)
- Any Graduation (education qualification stated); MBA or Chartered Accountant Diploma listed as degrees/fields of study
- Internal Audit experience/skills
