About the role
- Lead and ensure successful engagement delivery on allocated accounts, delivering client commitments within time and budget constraints
- Define, plan, track and manage end-to-end projects for the team
- Manage cross-team/cross-SBU discussions and ensure stakeholder participation
- Prepare for steerco meetings; identify key insights, challenges, risks and mitigants
- Keep stakeholders updated on progress and drive decisions to move forward
- Manage multiple stakeholders including functional leaders, business leaders and various core teams
- Manage escalation, arbitration and resolution of conflicts within the project; analyze risk and establish contingency plans
- Contribute to building the team by mentoring, retaining, attracting, and developing talent
- Work alongside account leaders and sector leaders to pursue and respond to client opportunities (business development)
- Help clients maximise value of their SAP investment through consulting, system integration and implementation across SAP applications
- Focus on optimising supply chain operations, improving end-to-end visibility and providing guidance on technology and data analytics
Requirements
- 2-4 Yrs experience (Years of experience required: 2-4 Yrs)
- Experience in functional domains - strategy, operations, transformation, business research, and/or consulting
- Project management
- Strong analytical bent of mind and structured problem solving approach
- A strong customer centric approach
- Relationship Management: Strong people management skills & excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly, multitask and adapt to shifting priorities and stringent deadlines
- Ability to establish personal credibility quickly and work with multiple stakeholders including senior leaders
- Ability to Conceptualize & execute with speed
- Proficient in excel/sheets and PowerPoint/slides, data crunching/analytics
- Strong Executive presence, excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Self-driven and motivated
- Experience of working with Indian Government Agencies (e.g. Department of Space, ISRO, Ministry of Defence, DPSUs etc.) (preferred)
- Advanced degree preferred / History of strong academic performance (preferred)
- Experience in / knowledge about the Aerospace, Defence, Space and/or Security sector
- Mandatory skill sets: Aerospace, Defence, Space
- Education qualification: BE/B.Tech/MBA; Degrees required: Bachelor of Technology, Bachelor of Engineering
