About the role

Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement user-friendly interfaces
Integrate front-end components with backend services and APIs
Build and maintain backend services using Node.js or Python
Work with databases such as MySQL, SQL, or MongoDB for data management
Optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility
Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards of code quality
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate builds, testing, and deployments
Monitor and troubleshoot production issues and ensure system reliability
Leverage data manipulation, visualisation, and statistical modelling to support data-driven decision-making (team context)

Minimum 3 + years of experience in front-end development using React.js
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern React libraries
Experience with backend development using Node.js or Python
Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, SQL, MongoDB)
Understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming
Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices (e.g., Docker, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CI/CD)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments (preferred)
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP (preferred)
Exposure to container orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes) (preferred)
Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team (preferred)
Education: BE/B.Tech/MBA/MCA; Degrees mentioned: Master of Engineering, Bachelor of Engineering
