About the role
- Add new features and capabilities to our Operational toolset
- Build secure and scalable backend services to support our operational UI
- Collaborate with the UI lead and cross-functional teams
- Share knowledge and support back-end development within the team
- Deliver high-quality, tested, and reliable code
- Hands-on development in Vue.js for frontend and Go for backend
- Influence technical strategy and drive projects from concept to production
- Contribute ideas and best practices within the UI team
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in full-stack development
- Proficiency in front-end development with Vue.js or React
- JavaScript/TypeScript
- Proficiency in back-end development with Go
- Strong backend experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Understanding of security best practices in software development
- (Desirable) Exposure to event-driven and microservices architectures
- (Desirable) Experience integrating Single Sign-On (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect)
