About the role
- Advise clients on local and overseas tax affairs and act as strategic consultant on business analysis, working capital, and profit sharing
- Advise on pricing implications of goods and services between related parties and tax implications of deals
- Help Financial Services clients navigate national and international tax environments and capital requirements
- Lead and manage large-scale projects to achieve successful outcomes
- Innovate and streamline processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Maintain exceptional standards of operational excellence
- Interact with clients at a senior level to drive project success
- Build trust with multi-level teams and stakeholders through open communication
- Motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems
- Serve as a strategic advisor and provide strategic input into the firm’s business strategies
- Contribute technical tax knowledge and leverage technology to enhance engagements
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 5 years of experience
- CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify
- In-depth knowledge of compliance for financial partnerships
- Knowledge of structuring funds to limit tax liability
- Experience identifying and addressing client needs
- Building and utilizing networks of client relationships
- Managing resource requirements and project workflow
- Creating an atmosphere of trust in teams
- Developing new relationships and selling new services
- Innovating through new and existing technologies
- Utilizing digitization tools to enhance engagements
- Up to 20% travel
