About the role

  • Conducting valuations, financial analysis, and developing strategies for post-merger integration
  • Collaborate with leadership team to formulate strategies to drive growth and proactively identify emerging opportunities
  • Proactively assist the team across deal spectrum (IT DD, IT integration / separation)
  • Lead team on project delivery and manage leadership & client conversations
  • Lead solution design and implementation aspects of the engagement by ensuring high quality within time and budget constraints
  • Plan and develop integration and separation deliverables, including Day One readiness and execution, business process and systems integration and separation
  • Develop IT financial models, including synergy savings, one-time & standalone costs
  • Recommend integration, separation, or carve-out strategies across key IT pillars
  • Coach managers, senior associates and associates on and off engagements to deliver on high impact deliverables consistently
  • Drive business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients

Requirements

  • Strong experience in IT M&A (IT DD, IT integration / separation planning & execution) and/or IT Strategy & Digital Transformation
  • Technical understanding across key IT pillars, including SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), IT Apps Rationalization, IT Infra/Cloud Strategy, Cybersecurity, and ERP transformation
  • Significant experience in leading large teams across multiple client engagements
  • Expertise in project management, stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Advanced analytical skills, including data analysis and financial/cost modeling to support deal-related decision-making
  • Experience translating complex analyses into clear, compelling narratives through effective storytelling and storyboarding for executive presentations
  • Proficiency in leveraging GenAI tools such as ChatGPT for rapid research and analysis
  • Strong Proficiency in English
