About the role

  • Supporting live transactions end-to-end, from origination and marketing through to execution and completion
  • Building trusted client relationships and delivering high quality work, across pitch documents, marketing materials, financial analysis and other transaction deliverables
  • Getting involved in origination efforts; conducting detailed market, financial and commercial research
  • Supporting and coaching junior team members

Requirements

  • Corporate Finance experience, with end-to-end deal experience
  • strong financial analysis and modelling skills, as well as commercial acumen
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • pro-active mindset, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
  • can work effectively within multi-disciplinary teams
  • ACA/CA/ACCA qualification (or international equivalent) or equivalent work experience
