About the role
- Analyze learning needs and develop tailored content and resources
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
- Uphold the firm's standards and ethical guidelines in every activity
- Leverage tools like Articulate 360, and GenAI to develop and deliver technical training courses
- Manage project schedules and vendors, track and analyse course and territory data, and maintain the content
- Address stakeholder needs and communicate complex information to global audiences
- Develop impactful learning experiences through advanced instructional design skills and methodologies to drive engagement and behavioral change
- Develop a working knowledge of the technical area of Independence as part of personal onboarding and ongoing development programs
- Support training initiatives and engage stakeholders both virtually and in-person
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- At least 4 years of experience as a learning and development professional with specialization in instructional design
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Being an experienced learning and development professional with proven instructional design skills
- Demonstrating experience in designing, delivering, implementing and maintaining L&D resources on technical subject matters in a large regulated organization
- Having an interest in emerging technologies and dedication to continuous improvement
