About the role

  • Support contract creation, program documentation, and stakeholder coordination to accelerate alliance deal execution.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Legal, and Alliance teams to prepare compliant quote packages, engagement artifacts, and program documents.
  • Draft and refine engagement records, mapping contract data across Salesforce and Icertis, proactively addressing blockers.
  • Contribute to leadership reporting by developing Power BI dashboards focused on usability, accuracy, and decision-making alignment.

Requirements

  • +2 years of experience in commercial operations, client contracting, or alliance support, preferable within a professional services or SaaS environment.
  • Strong stakeholders management with sense of urgency.
  • Advanced level English (both oral & written)
  • Excel & PowerPoint advanced level.
  • Advanced level PowerBI including dashboard creation from scratch.
  • Open to learn new tools & upskilling.
  • Strongly analytical, detail oriented, effective communicator, including presentation skills, proactive problem solver, business minded, self-efficient.
