About the role

  • Support contract creation, program documentation, and stakeholder coordination to accelerate alliance deal execution
  • Partner closely with Sales, Legal, and Alliance teams to prepare compliant quote packages
  • Draft engagement artifacts including EAFs and quote documents to support Sales-led client discussions
  • Coordinate with partner contacts and internal teams to align pricing, product, and delivery information
  • Monitor opportunity progress from quote creation to contract execution and invoicing

Requirements

  • +2 years of experience in commercial operations, client contracting, or alliance support
  • Advanced level English (both oral & written)
  • Excel & PowerPoint advanced level
  • PowerBI: advanced level including dashboard creation from scratch
  • Strongly analytical, detail oriented, effective communicator, proactive problem solver, business minded, self-efficient.
  • Preferred skills: Salesforce, SharePoint, MS Forms, FlexForecast, Icertis, Einstein dashboards, GenAI tools are a plus
  • Automations & PowerApps would be valued
