Requirements

Experience in accounting or finance, with a strong track record in financial reporting and/or management accounting
Knowledge of Canadian accounting standards (ASPE/IFRS) and ability to proactively and independently research guidance
Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and cloud accounting software is considered an asset
Review monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements across multiple entities working through variance analysis, account reconciliations, and financial modeling to support decision-making and consider emerging trends
Ability to juggle multiple projects and teams under pressure with a proactive approach
Attention to detail to ensure complex or challenging engagements are completed on time and with quality.
