About the role
- Facilitate engaging and impactful learning sessions across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats.
- Deliver core and bespoke programs aligned to business priorities and capability frameworks.
- Ensure learning experiences are inclusive, learner-centric, and aligned with adult learning principles.
- Provide input into content design by reviewing materials and offering feedback based on delivery experience.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and program leads to ensure readiness and relevance of learning materials.
- Contribute to post-session debriefs and feedback loops to inform continuous improvement.
