About the role
- Develop, tailor, and implement end-to-end change strategies that enable successful business transformation across Project Alkira for our people and functions.
- Lead a small project team to execute the design and delivery across all Alkira initiatives.
- Lead the delivery and execution of change initiatives for Project Alkira including communications, stakeholder engagement, and capability uplift.
- Translate transformation goals into pragmatic change plans, aligned with business strategy and outcomes.
- Drive planning and sequencing of change activities across strategy, design, and implementation phases.
- Identify risks and issues impacting adoption and adjust change approaches to ensure benefits are realised.
- Engage, influence, and align senior stakeholders and executives to secure sponsorship, direction, and commitment to change.
- Cultivate a people-centric culture through leadership alignment and employee experience initiatives.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver change outcomes, providing guidance and clarity of roles and priorities.
- Design and lead programs that uplift team capabilities (without requiring instructional design expertise), fostering a high-performing, learning-oriented environment.
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams founded on trust, credibility, and collaboration.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in change management across strategy, design, and planning.
- Proven track record delivering complex change initiatives and achieving adoption at scale.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior executives, building trusted advisor relationships.
- Strong experience developing and leading capability uplift programs for teams.
- Relationship-led with strong executive presence; able to command credibility with senior leaders.
- Flexible, pragmatic problem solver with a proven ability to navigate organisational complexity.
- Outcome-focused and growth-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability for impact and delivery.
- Excellent communicator and influencer, able to simplify complexity and drive alignment.
