Requirements

Bachelor's Degree
At least 2 years of consulting, data analysis, compliance, internal audit or risk experience
Preferred field(s) of study: Accounting & Finance, Computer and Information Science, Computer Systems Analysis, Mathematical Statistics, Statistics, Management Information Systems & Accounting, Accounting & Technology
Understanding of risk management and compliance
Communicating effectively with stakeholders
Performing data analysis for compliance, finance, and internal controls
Building relationships between data sources and tables
Knowledge and experience with data manipulation and analysis technologies, including Alteryx, Microsoft SQL Server, Databricks, Python, R, and emerging technologies and tools for automation and AI-driven insights
Championing intellectual curiosity and continuous learning, and having a AI first mindset
Managing projects related to data management and technology initiatives
Researching and analyzing client and technology trends
