About the role
- The Proposal Coordinator will support our US Firm in the development of commercial and business proposals, primarily using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- In this senior-level capacity, the Coordinator is expected to demonstrate strong judgment, interpret client needs with minimal guidance, and ensure all deliverables align with the Firm’s brand standards while effectively leveraging shared service resources.
- The role will be responsible for overseeing all stages of proposal document development, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
Requirements
- 3+ years of administrative or support experience, ideally with exposure to commercial proposal management or similar responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
