About the role

  • Analyse and resolve complex technical issues in SAP S/4HANA (Public Cloud experience is a plus), focusing on SAP FI modules and tailored client solutions
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd line support to address and resolve tickets efficiently, ensuring quality outcomes for clients
  • Conduct detailed problem analysis to identify root causes and configure SAP systems for effective solutions
  • Collaborate with 1st-level support and cross-functional IT teams to deliver timely resolutions
  • Build trusted relationships with clients by addressing support topics promptly and professionally
  • Monitor and report on ticket trends to identify recurring issues and drive continuous improvement
  • Lead and execute minor projects and system changes that meet specific client needs
  • Maintain clear documentation of issues, solutions, and project changes to support transparency and knowledge sharing

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with SAP FI and S/4HANA (Public Cloud is a plus)
  • Written and spoken German - min B2
  • Written and spoken English – min B2
  • Experience in implementing business processes with SAP standards software (S/4HANA or BW/4HANA) and implementing customer specific enhancements
  • Understanding of third-party system integration with SAP FI
  • Analytical skills to diagnose issues and deliver effective solutions
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Familiarity with ticket management systems
  • Basic project management skills for small-scale changes
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Commitment to continuous learning and adapting to new technologies
  • University degree (Bachelor/Master) or equivalent
  • Nice to have SAP certifications in relevant modules
  • Understanding of ITIL principles and the overall managed service process
