- Preparing and conducting leadership interviews, reviewing qualitative data, and synthesizing insights into clear themes and risks.
- Drafting text‑heavy report sections or building PowerPoint pages.
- Collaborating with deal teams in different time zones, and aligning analyses and messages.
- Managing timelines, organizing workstreams, and ensuring deliverables connect leadership, talent, and culture findings to the value creation plan.
Requirements
- 0 - 1 Years of experience
- Strong analytical and qualitative synthesis skills
- Experience in M&A, Advisory or leadership/talent/culture-related work
- Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
- High proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word; data visualization tools are a plus
- Ability to conduct and interpret leadership interviews and identify themes and risks
- Understanding of leadership effectiveness, culture, and talent strategy in transactions
- Strong project management and ability to work in fast‑paced, global deal environments.
