  • Preparing and conducting leadership interviews, reviewing qualitative data, and synthesizing insights into clear themes and risks.
  • Drafting text‑heavy report sections or building PowerPoint pages.
  • Collaborating with deal teams in different time zones, and aligning analyses and messages.
  • Managing timelines, organizing workstreams, and ensuring deliverables connect leadership, talent, and culture findings to the value creation plan.

Requirements

  • 0 - 1 Years of experience
  • Strong analytical and qualitative synthesis skills
  • Experience in M&A, Advisory or leadership/talent/culture-related work
  • Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
  • High proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word; data visualization tools are a plus
  • Ability to conduct and interpret leadership interviews and identify themes and risks
  • Understanding of leadership effectiveness, culture, and talent strategy in transactions
  • Strong project management and ability to work in fast‑paced, global deal environments.
