Requirements

  • Strong analytical and qualitative synthesis skills
  • Experience in M&A, Advisory or leadership/talent/culture-related work
  • Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
  • High proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word; data visualization tools are a plus
  • Ability to conduct and interpret leadership interviews and identify themes and risks
  • Understanding of leadership effectiveness, culture, and talent strategy in transactions
  • Strong project management and ability to work in fast‑paced, global deal environments.
