Requirements
- 1-4 years of experience
- Strong analytical and qualitative synthesis skills
- Experience in M&A, Advisory or leadership/talent/culture-related work
- Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
- High proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Ability to conduct and interpret leadership interviews
- Understanding of leadership effectiveness, culture, and talent strategy in transactions
- Strong project management and ability to work in fast‑paced, global deal environments
