About the role
- Design and deliver customer-led strategies across marketing, sales, service, and commerce to help clients transform how they engage their customers.
- Lead and be part of end-to-end consulting engagements, from diagnosing growth opportunities to implementing AI-enabled solutions that elevate customer experience.
- Partner closely with stakeholders to shape go-to-market models, optimise commercial performance, and drive measurable business outcomes.
- Work cross-functionally with strategists, technologists, and experience specialists to bring innovative, data-driven solutions to life.
- Translate insights and analytics into actionable recommendations that improve customer journeys and unlock sustainable value.
Requirements
- Experience in customer, commercial, or front-office transformation—spanning strategy, design, execution, or enablement.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and simplify complex ideas.
- Comfort working with data, technology, or digital tools to solve customer and commercial problems (deep technical expertise not required).
- Adaptability and structured problem-solving skills to navigate client ambiguity and fast-moving project environments.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for building better customer experiences through creativity, insight, and innovation.
