About the role

  • deliver effective people deployment and workforce planning solutions using Workforce Planning systems
  • provide the business with pragmatic advice on people deployment and resourcing solutions that drive growth and profitability
  • manage and coach others, ensuring they optimise headcount to increase utilisation whilst balancing the impact on employee engagement
  • conduct regular skills reviews with client facing staff
  • interpret and analyse Management Information (MI) to provide trends, make connections and spot opportunities to improve profitability and people engagement
  • anticipate, mitigate and resolve conflict

Requirements

  • resourcing experience within Financial Services preferably in a large scale, complex organisation
  • adept at stakeholder management and influencing
  • positive communication skills using different communication styles appropriate to the audience
  • analytical and a problem solver - developing and driving solutions using MI and data analytics to improve profitability of the business unit
  • knowledge of data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • experience of providing coaching, professional development and support to others
  • confident and resilient person capable of influencing others.
