About the role
- Design, develop, and implement end-to-end RPA solutions
- Design, build, and scale high-impact digital solutions using Automation Anywhere and Microsoft Power Platform
- Conduct process mining and implement intelligent process automation, robotic process automation, and digital workflow solutions
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience
- Expert-level, hands-on knowledge of the Automation Anywhere 360 platform
- Proven track record of architecting RPA solutions
- Demonstrable experience establishing RPA Center of Excellence
- Deep understanding of system integration, web services, APIs, and database technologies
- Exceptional leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
- Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Certifications: Automation Anywhere Certified Master RPA Professional is highly desirable
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Familiarity with other major automation platforms is a significant advantage
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, or VBScript)
- Experience leading RPA projects within an Agile/Scrum framework
- Knowledge of process discovery and mining tools
