About the role
- Design, implement, secure, and maintain IT-OT infrastructures
- Protect control environments through secure-by-design architectures
- Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies aligned with frameworks
- Conduct security assessments, audits, and compliance reviews
- Lead secure OT migration initiatives for modernization
- Architect secure OT network topologies and implement segmentation
- Design and secure wireless OT communications for IIoT
- Build security control libraries and evaluate existing controls
- Collaborate with IT, OT, and engineering teams for alignment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering
- 5–10 years in OT/ICS cybersecurity, network engineering, or industrial automation
- Certifications: SANS GICSP, GRID, GIAC ICS Defender, CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+
- Deep expertise in ICS/SCADA, DCS, and PLC systems
- Proficient in industrial protocols (Modbus, DNP3, OPC-UA)
- Experience with network segmentation and Purdue Model architecture
- Hands-on experience with firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, NAC
