Requirements

  • Minimum Degree Required : Bachelor Degree
  • Required Fields of Study : Accounting
  • Minimum Years of Experience : 4 year(s)
  • Certification(s) Required : CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity
  • Demonstrates extensive-level knowledge and/or a proven record of success in complex tax issues faced by non-publicly traded companies and day to day compliance and consulting for a variety of entities including corporations, and pass-through entities.
  • Demonstrates extensive-level abilities and/or a proven record of success in identifying and addressing client needs:
  • Building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement;
  • Communicating value propositions;
  • managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections;
  • Preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials;
  • Supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust, seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation;
  • Coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback.
