About the role
- Manage a prestigious client portfolio
- Engage with diverse teams throughout the audit process
- Work to improve clients’ internal control maturity
- Identify key risks and define audit methodologies
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Manage engagement budgets and communication with stakeholders
- Provide support for the planning and administration of clients’ Internal Audit Plan
- Conduct testing to evaluate internal controls
- Compile audit findings and recommendations
- Innovate and help develop service offerings
Requirements
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, Governance Industrial Engineering, or any related discipline
- Completed a professional qualification, such as CIA, CPA, CRMA, CFE, CGRCP, PMP, or CMA
- Minimum of 7 years of professional and relevant experience, preferably in one of the big 4
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written) is a plus
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to establish and nurture positive relationships across all levels
- Experience encouraging a team environment that promotes collaboration
