About the role
- Sales of photovoltaic investments (rooftop and ground-mounted projects) to investors
- Provide tailored advice to prospects on investment models and project profitability
- Close-focused management of qualified leads (no traditional cold calling)
- Conduct telephone and face-to-face advisory meetings
- Identify customer needs, present solutions, and close purchase agreements
- Plan and prepare for advisory appointments and follow-up
- Prepare and explain financial feasibility and profitability calculations
- Maintain and document sales activities in the CRM system
- Close collaboration with sales support, project teams and management
Requirements
- Experience selling complex, consultative products (e.g., financial products, real estate, photovoltaic or energy projects)
- Strong closing skills and persuasive ability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort with numbers and understanding of financial/economic relationships
- Structured, independent and results-oriented working style
- High willingness to learn and motivation to develop further in the PV investment sector
- Passion for renewable energy and sustainable investments
