About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Sales of photovoltaic investments (rooftop and ground-mounted projects) to investors
  • Provide tailored advice to prospects on investment models and project profitability
  • Close-focused management of qualified leads (no traditional cold calling)
  • Conduct telephone and face-to-face advisory meetings
  • Identify customer needs, present solutions, and close purchase agreements
  • Plan and prepare for advisory appointments and follow-up
  • Prepare and explain financial feasibility and profitability calculations
  • Maintain and document sales activities in the CRM system
  • Close collaboration with sales support, project teams and management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience selling complex, consultative products (e.g., financial products, real estate, photovoltaic or energy projects)
  • Strong closing skills and persuasive ability
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfort with numbers and understanding of financial/economic relationships
  • Structured, independent and results-oriented working style
  • High willingness to learn and motivation to develop further in the PV investment sector
  • Passion for renewable energy and sustainable investments
