About the role
- Design compelling static and animated visuals for brand awareness campaigns that effectively communicate PVcase messaging.
- Create assets for social media, digital ads, website, and video platforms that drive engagement and support global marketing initiatives.
- Bring a strong sense of visual storytelling and animation timing to produce emotionally resonant and on-brand animated content.
- Display a strong interest in product design and UI to create powerful product key visuals and storyboards for marketing materials.
- Maintain consistency with PVcase brand guidelines while adapting assets to different channels, formats, and target markets, ensuring a unified look and feel globally.
- Create reusable templates and visual systems that enhance efficiency and maintain a cohesive design language across campaigns.
- Use AI tools to assist in storyboarding, asset generation, or workflow automation, and share these learnings with the team.
- Proactively seek and incorporate feedback to iterate on designs, improving clarity, performance, and creative direction over time.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in a hybrid design role (Brand + Motion), with a portfolio showing strong campaign work and motion graphics.
- Expert ability to use Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma to produce high-quality, platform-optimized assets with strong visual impact.
- Exceptional understanding of typography, color theory, and layout.
- Stay curious about trends in motion design, branding, and digital marketing to bring fresh, relevant ideas into campaign visuals.
- Demonstrated understanding of AI’s capabilities in graphic and motion design workflows, with a willingness to experiment with new tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly and collaborate effectively with marketing and product teams.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
