• Ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of a broader range of People services and processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to the development and implementation of solutions.
• Serve as a key point of contact for employees and managers from a People Operation perspective.
• Provide comprehensive guidance on People Operations related matters and contribute significantly to a positive and engaging work environment.
• Optimize end-to-end employee processes, including onboarding, offboarding, administering benefits, and supporting performance management.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for employee and manager inquiries regarding policies and benefits.
• Oversee and execute accurate, compliant, end-to-end payroll processing for assigned groups.
• Collaborate with finance and external payroll vendors on payroll inquiries.
• Partner with People Business Partners to provide support, address employee concerns and conflicts, and foster a positive work environment.
• Generate and analyze People Operations reports and metrics to identify trends and insights.
