• Support the execution of human resources plans and practices across clients
• Perform I-9 compliance and file audits
• Conduct exit interviews and stay interviews
• Provide open enrollment support and communicate with employees about enrollment
• Facilitate meetings with clients, brokers, HR team, and internal service teams
• Compile EEO-1 reporting
• Assist with employee onboarding and next-level support after onboarding associate creation
• Create SOPs and assist internal client investigations
• Maintain employee records and client systems
• Provide HRIS recommendations for HCM projects and work with HCM system support
• Interact with clients on employee relations, compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, and organization talent development
• Partner with internal teams to deliver services accurately and efficiently
• Provide input and support for HRSP projects and participate in developing client systems/processes
• Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and ensure compliance
• Participate in department meetings and perform other assigned duties
