About the role Support the execution of human resources plans and practices across clients Perform I-9 compliance and file audits Conduct exit interviews and stay interviews Provide open enrollment support and communicate with employees about enrollment Facilitate meetings with clients, brokers, HR team, and internal service teams Compile EEO-1 reporting Assist with employee onboarding and next-level support after onboarding associate creation Create SOPs and assist internal client investigations Maintain employee records and client systems Provide HRIS recommendations for HCM projects and work with HCM system support Interact with clients on employee relations, compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, and organization talent development Partner with internal teams to deliver services accurately and efficiently Provide input and support for HRSP projects and participate in developing client systems/processes Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and ensure compliance Participate in department meetings and perform other assigned duties Requirements Bachelor’s degree OR minimum four (4) years progressively responsible human resources experience Minimum of two (2) years progressively responsible human resources experience with a Bachelor’s degree PHR or SHRM-CP Certification preferred Knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures of human resources administration Broad knowledge of all HR functions (employment, compensation, classification, employee development) Familiarity with federal and state employment regulations Facilitation and presentation skills Statistical methods and analytical tools for HR processes Interviewing and candidate evaluation processes Experience with multiple HRIS and payroll software systems Proficient in client relationship management tools, virtual meeting software, and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to deliver presentations and analyze HR data Ability to interpret and apply state and federal statutes and provide recommendations for employment/employee relations issues Ability to organize, manage, and track multiple tasks with changing priorities Fully Remote work Potential onsite support for open enrollment Opportunity to work directly with clients across HR functions Professional certification preferred (PHR or SHRM-CP) – indicates professional development support Participation in meetings and seminars Copy ATS Keywords Tip: use these terms in your resume and cover letter to boost ATS matches.
