About the role
- Organize and schedule appointments.
- Write and distribute emails, corresponding memos, and documentation in appropriate HRIS systems.
- Provide general support to sales organization with client onboarding needs.
- Maintain contact lists.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Liaison with sales organization and service teams to handle onboarding of new clients and external communications.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to communicate through email, create agendas in PowerPoint, etc.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn additional software, such as HubSpot and Monday.com.
- Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
- Ability to work independently and collectively across the organization.
