About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design product ads, recruiting ads, and marketing assets at high volume across multiple markets
- Edit videos for recruiting content, top-performer features, culture clips, and training material
- Design leaderboards, recognition graphics, and incentive announcements
- Edit representative and employee interviews into short clips for training and recruiting
- Build and update job listings, candidate forms, email templates, and interview kits
- Support external recruiting content across Indeed, LinkedIn, and Instagram
- Handle varied day-to-day tasks and quick-turnaround requests as priorities shift
Requirements
What you’ll need- C2-level English proficiency (or equivalent) — required
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong graphic design skills and ability to produce a high volume of work without losing quality
- Video editing experience for social, recruiting, and training content
- Sharp design eye and good judgment on engaging content
- Ability to manage several requests at once
- Experience creating recruiting or employer-brand content (nice to have)
- Motion graphics or animation basics (nice to have)
- Familiarity with scheduling and managing social channels (nice to have)
- Photography or on-camera comfort for capturing content (nice to have)
