About the role

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and cold outbound as sales opportunities
  • Contact potential prospects through cold calls and emails
  • Present our company to potential prospects via multi-channel efforts
  • Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up meetings or calls between prospective customers and Account Executives
  • Report to the Sales Manager on sales results

Requirements

  • Prior experience in the fitness industry (e.g., gym ownership, fitness studios, or wellness businesses) is **required**
  • 1-2 years of Sales experience, either in the Gym/Fitness industry or as an SDR/BDR is recommended
  • Comfortable reaching out to leads via phone, email, and text
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Strong project and time management skills
  • Enthusiastic about the fitness industry and dedicated to helping others
  • Eager to learn and adapt to new concepts, ideas, and approaches.
  • Competent with email, phone, Slack, Zoom, Google Calendar, and HubSpot
  • Capable of screen sharing, mobile screen sharing, and presenting digital solutions effectively
