Sales Development Representative, New Markets
PushpaySales Development Representative driving business for Resi, a tech company, across New Markets via cold outreach. Engaging potential clients through calls, emails, and texts to schedule appointments with Account Executives.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- KPI/metric driven role, constant monitoring on performance and role carries a quota
- Make outbound calls, emails and text messages to qualify New Markets prospective customers
- Able to make at least 65 cold outbound calls to potential customers each day
- Schedule 1-2 appointments per day between prospects and Account Executives with a high conversion rate of at least 85%
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to have meaningful conversations with our prospects to understand the challenges they face
- Identify and communicate how Resi can help
- Use best-in-class software like Salesforce and Outreach to manage and build your pipeline
- Familiarity with Social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and an understanding of Social Selling
- Work with a team of like-minded individuals to achieve targets
- Some familiarity with an ABM “go to market” strategy is helpful
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience working with New Markets/Vertical across Education, Government and Live Events across public and private events is recommended and preferred.
- Sales experience talking over the phone: courteous, well spoken, curious and good at asking questions
- Able to connect prospects business needs to Resi’s SaaS solutions
- Strong computer skills, proficient on Mac OSX and Google Platforms (Salesforce and Outreach are a plus)
- Positive outlook and resilience with your team and customers is desired
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal
