About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- End-to-end responsibility for project handling from application submission to payout
- Act as the central interface between clients and authorities as a stakeholder manager
- Strategically develop and maintain client relationships
- Manage client data to provide a reliable basis for audit and review analyses
- Support clients with software onboarding and assist in digitizing their processes
- Ensure digital and traceable fulfillment of documentation requirements
- Identify client needs early and provide proactive advisory support
- Convey client feedback within the team to drive continuous software improvements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Economics, Business Administration or a comparable field
- Initial practical experience in project management or consulting
- Independent, structured and detail-oriented working style
- Self-motivation, sense of responsibility and a hands-on mentality
- Enjoy interacting with clients strategically; confident and professional demeanor
- Fluent written and spoken German; very good English skills are a plus
- Strong affinity for numbers, processes and digital solutions
