About the role
- End-to-end project management of grant applications, from submission through disbursement of funds
- Managing all communications with customers and authorities
- Strategic development and maintenance of customer relationships
- Analysis, preparation and calculations for audit bodies
- Onboarding customers to the software and supporting them with digitized processes
- Responsible for digital, traceable documentation and compliance
- Early identification of customer needs and proactive advisory support
- Targeted forwarding of customer feedback to the product team
Requirements
- First experience in project management or consulting, or a comparable customer-facing role
- Structured and independent working style with an ability to oversee multiple projects
- Self-motivated, responsible, with a hands-on mentality
- Enjoy interacting with customers; confident and professional demeanor
- Strong communication skills in German and English
- Strong understanding of processes, numbers and digital solutions
- Ideally, a degree in economics/business administration
