About the role
- Collecting and structuring relevant customer data.
- Basic understanding of accounting and financial data.
- Preparing and analyzing data and calculations for auditing bodies.
- Handling customer inquiries (by phone and in writing).

Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Confident data handling, strong communication skills, and a professional manner when interacting with customers.
- Prior experience in Customer Success or data entry is a plus.
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
- High self-motivation and ability to work independently and in a team.
- Careful, thorough, and structured approach to work.
- Ability to multitask and strong organizational skills.
