About the role
- Part of the Business Development & Sales team at a startup and collaboration with experienced founders.
- Researching contacts and target customers; developing and optimizing outreach strategies.
- Independently generating initial contacts, coordinating meetings, and managing the sales funnel.
- Persuading partners in direct conversations about our service.
- Conducting market research and producing valuable insights to support growth.
- Supporting operations and business development topics.
Requirements
- Ideally some initial experience in sales or business development and a good sense for customer needs and potential.
- Hands-on mentality and the ambition to proactively drive your own projects.
- Independent, systematic working style with strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Confident, open demeanour and solid communication skills in German and English.
- Completed degree in economics, business management or a related field.
- Proficient user knowledge of common office software.
