About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver 4–5 engaging training sessions per day tailored to clients’ workflows and goals
  • Help clients leave sessions with greater clarity, confidence, and momentum
  • Use deep product knowledge to drive efficient and valuable adoption of Push
  • Identify knowledge gaps and create custom learning paths to accelerate time-to-value
  • Advise clients on how and why Push supports their business
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide a seamless onboarding experience
  • Gather and relay client feedback to the Product team
  • Educate clients about additional Push modules when aligned with their needs
  • Guide customers through their first 90 days as their go-to product expert

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–3 years in a client-facing role focused on training, onboarding, or support, ideally at a tech/SaaS company
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate clearly
  • Highly proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently and prioritize competing tasks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a warm, consultative approach
  • Passion for helping people succeed and a strategic mindset for guiding best practices
  • Ability to stay on task without external prompting
  • Comfortable owning ambiguity and creating structure
  • Enjoys explaining and teaching
  • Detail-oriented, with evidence of attention to detail
  • Resilient under a high-volume, fast-paced caseload without sacrificing quality
  • Collaborative and willing to involve Product and internal teams
  • Previous SaaS or startup experience is a bonus
  • Previous client onboarding or implementation project experience is a bonus
  • Experience with OnRamp, Rocketlane, or Asana is a bonus
  • Must be available to work a full workday within PST/MST time zones
