Product Manager

• Owning the activation funnel from onboarding initiated through consult booking and owning the questionnaire portion of the refill experience, designing friction‑free, “aha!”‑driven experiences
• Identifying, optimizing, and accelerating patients’ moments of value via high‑tempo A/B and multivariate testing
• Instrumenting funnel analytics, establishing benchmarks, and communicating learnings that influence our roadmap and resourcing
• Developing and scaling retention and churn‑prevention programs that protect and grow patient volumes and impact
• Leading ongoing measurement of activation and retention, sharing insights in weekly business performance meetings
• Contributing to PurposeMed’s Voice of the Customer (VoC) program—planning research, synthesising qualitative insights and advocating for patient‑centred product improvements in collaboration with our design and research teams
• Serving as the leader for all Core Experience product-led initiatives, aligning with Marketing, Operations, Clinical, Design, and Data around shared OKRs
• Actively sharing input and feedback to other members of the Core Experience team; championing a culture of hypothesis‑driven experimentation, radical candour, and continuous learning
• Representing Product in core experience updates, translating complex data into concise, actionable narratives
• Collaborating with Design and Technology leadership closely on practices and roadmap alignment of core experience efforts in the context of wider change and new service launches

Staff Product Manager

Product Designer

• Collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, and service delivery partners to translate business and user needs into thoughtful product experiences
• Aligning design work with real operational constraints and patient needs to drive meaningful outcomes across the organization
• Applying design principles, user insights, and data to create clear, usable, and accessible design solutions
• Solving real user and business problems through intentional, evidence-based design decisions
• Working closely with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the full product lifecycle, from problem definition through delivery
• Ensuring solutions are user-centred, technically feasible, and aligned with business goals
• Participating in discovery efforts by helping define, design, and conduct usability tests, experiments, and patient interviews
• Partnering with UX Research, Data and Product to validate assumptions and inform design direction
• Asking thoughtful questions, testing ideas, iterating on designs, and contributing to design critiques to continuously grow craft and curiosity
