About the role

  • Execute ad buying strategies across programmatic platforms, social networks, search engines and other digital platforms, while ensuring proper tracking and optimization.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign metrics, audience behavior, and conversion paths to inform strategic optimizations and budget reallocation decisions to maximize efficiency and ROI.
  • Design and optimize testing framework for all digital marketing, including tests across audiences, creatives, landings, as well as avenues like Affiliate marketing.
  • Create and measure rigorous A/B and multivariate testing to maximize learnings.
  • Work closely with internal performance marketing, creative, and analytics teams to align digital marketing efforts with campaign objectives and share optimization insights.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging best practices to keep Purpose Financial at the forefront of performance marketing innovation.
  • Respond to Compliance team requests and ensure all campaigns comply with platform policies and industry regulations.
  • Understand, adhere to and enforce all corporate policies.

Requirements

  • Relevant course work or experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills; adaptability and flexibility to changing environment; and comfortable working in a dynamic, high volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to understand and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and laws governing our industry/business and products.
