About the role
- Drive business growth through establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships.
- Uphold standards of the business operations role, including approach frameworks and scoping, problem-solving, building resiliency, communications and escalations, and general project management.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously to drive bottom line results; anticipate and address bottlenecks, balance business needs vs. technical constraints, ensure quality meets expectations
- Be willing to run ad hoc projects that require comfort with operations and numbers to make appropriate decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a relevant field preferred.
- 2+ years of proven related work experience
- Skilled in project management; negotiating, problem-solving, influencing, and leading others
- Experience in operations, process improvement, consulting, or data analytics.
- Strong analytical thinking demonstrated through excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, adaptable to various styles, channels, and audiences.
- Ability to develop and maintain business relationships.
- Adaptable and flexible to changing environment while comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Ability to understand and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and laws governing our industry/business and products.
- Ability to interact professionally and exhibit appropriate social skills.
- The ability to use standard collaborations tools such as Monday, MS Teams, and Zoom is required.
- MS Office – intermediate user (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Any prior experience with data analytics tools such as SQL, Snowflake, Sigma, or Tableau is highly desired.
