About the role

  • Own day-to-day communication with clients
  • Set clear expectations and maintain strong relationships
  • Provide consistent updates and proactively flag issues
  • Handle client requests, feedback, and escalations
  • Ensure all deliverables are completed on time
  • Track account health and identify risks early
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and VAs
  • Maintain an always up-to-date Project Log for all accounts
  • Provide clear, structured updates to leadership

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Operations or similar client-facing roles
  • Experience managing multiple clients or accounts
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal English)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable using tools like Notion, Asana, CRMs, or similar
  • Ability to manage multiple moving pieces daily
