About the role
- Own day-to-day communication with clients
- Set clear expectations and maintain strong relationships
- Provide consistent updates and proactively flag issues
- Handle client requests, feedback, and escalations
- Ensure all deliverables are completed on time
- Track account health and identify risks early
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and VAs
- Maintain an always up-to-date Project Log for all accounts
- Provide clear, structured updates to leadership
Requirements
- 2–4+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Operations or similar client-facing roles
- Experience managing multiple clients or accounts
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal English)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using tools like Notion, Asana, CRMs, or similar
- Ability to manage multiple moving pieces daily
