About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct comprehensive analysis of financial statements
Evaluate financial performance, identify trends, and help assess financial health
Collaborate with departments to develop annual budgets and financial forecasts
Monitor budget performance, analyze variances, and provide recommendations
Develop and maintain financial models and projections
Prepare and present financial reports and performance metrics
Assist in preparation of monthly and quarterly Board level reporting packages
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Finance , Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
1-3+ years of FP&A or similar experience.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Proficiency in financial modeling in Excel is preferred.
Prior experience with NetSuite or Adaptive Insights is a plus, but not required .
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with complex financial data.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to present findings and recommendations to non-financial stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
