About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supervise and mentor 3–4 Associate Social Workers (ASWs)
Co-lead fellowship training initiatives and clinician development
Co-teach weekly didactic seminars focused on integrated behavioral health practice
Provide evidence-based therapy services for adults and children with mild-to-moderate behavioral health needs
Assist with onboarding, recruitment, staff development, and program support
Maintain documentation and clinical quality standards within EPIC EMR
Collaborate closely with Behavioral Health leadership and interdisciplinary care teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active California LCSW license REQUIRED
Bilingual English/Spanish REQUIRED
Must independently conduct therapy sessions in Spanish REQUIRED
Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience REQUIRED
Supervisory or ASW mentorship experience strongly preferred
Passion for mentoring bicultural clinicians and serving bicultural communities REQUIRED
Experience with integrated behavioral health preferred
COVID-19 vaccination documentation required unless exempt
