Partner with team to source, engage, and present qualified physician candidates — specifically Primary Care Physicians (PCPs)
Consistently submit a minimum of five (5) qualified Primary Care Physician candidates per week within one (1) week of orientation
Ensure candidates submitted meet the agreed-upon role requirements and are actively engaged in the recruitment process
Maintain both quality and volume in candidate submissions
Manage recruiting methods, schedule, and approach as an independent 1099 contractor; cover business expenses and earn fees or commissions for successful placements
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in recruiting physicians (Primary Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or similar specialties)
Please note: experience recruiting only nurses or allied health professionals will not meet the requirements for this opportunity
Strong network and ability to identify and connect with qualified physician talent
Skilled in presenting opportunities in a compelling, professional manner
Ability to work independently and meet deliverable expectations as an independent contractor
