About the role
- Partner with team to source, engage, and present qualified physician candidates — specifically Primary Care Physicians (PCPs)
- Consistently submit a minimum of five (5) qualified Primary Care Physician candidates per week within one (1) week of orientation
- Ensure candidates submitted meet the agreed-upon role requirements and are actively engaged in the recruitment process
- Maintain both quality and volume in candidate submissions
- Manage recruiting methods, schedule, and approach as an independent 1099 contractor; cover business expenses and earn fees or commissions for successful placements
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in recruiting physicians (Primary Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or similar specialties)
- Please note: experience recruiting only nurses or allied health professionals will not meet the requirements for this opportunity
- Strong network and ability to identify and connect with qualified physician talent
- Skilled in presenting opportunities in a compelling, professional manner
- Ability to work independently and meet deliverable expectations as an independent contractor
